Public Note:
Pileipellis unornamented [really?]. Is thicker stemmed than M. cystidiosa. Has thin-walled mucronate cheilocystidia (some forked) along with metuloid pleurocystidia which are subulate, and not like M. cystidiosa, to 75um x 13um, walls to 3um thick.. spores length=7.1–9.7µm (µ=8.5, σ=0.70), width=4.8–6.0µm (µ=5.4, σ=0.38), Q=1.4–1.8µm (µ=1.56, σ=0.11), n=20. Appears to be M. atroavellanea. Sequence says should be lactipedes. Neither of Grgurinovich's spp in this section have metuloids
