reddening. dried dark red/brown. gill edge with dark cystidia. Cap velutinous, more so at centre. Like 10628, but perhaps not all 'Gypsy Glen'. Spores length=6.7–9.1µm (µ=7.6, σ=0.68), width=4.2–5.3µm (µ=4.7, σ=0.29), Q=1.4–1.9µm (µ=1.61, σ=0.15), n=20. Note relativley low Q.
