Public Note:
no taste/smell. Pellis a glassy-walled clamped cutis. Basidia long, 4-spored. C. patinaecolor, impurus, muritaeiensis all look similar. C. impurus has gelatinised cap hyphae. spores length=6.1–7.3µm (µ=6.7, σ=0.28), width=4.1–5.2µm (µ=4.8, σ=0.29), Q=1.3–1.6µm (µ=1.39, σ=0.08), n=20. I'm not convinced by the separation of the three similar looking species. This not C. impurus and is close to (within) pratensis
