fasiculate. Cap 8F8. Gills 5E8. Stem scaly below ring zone. Stem solid. Strongly cortinate when young. Cap smooth. Cap flesh white. Gills adnate with small decurrent tooth. Taste mild. Cap dark in KOH. Cap minutely adpressed fibrillose - a cutis of clamped brown encusted hyphae. With both pleuro and cheilocystidia, cheilo slightly thick-walled. Spores smooth, almond shaped. Both pleuro and cheilo chryso in patent blue. Not all multicingulata. Sequence says identical to var hanmarensis
