Specimen notes
Public Note:
Annelidic, conidia hyaline while attached. Really just a 3-septate 'Diplodia'? c.f Hendersonula, Stigmina. From the original poor drawing this could quite easily be Hendersonia (Sporocadus) sophorae. See also Macrodiplodiopsis which is distoseptate and with a mucilaginous sheath, and Neohendersonia which is vari-coloured. With DNA tube. NB ICMP isolate may possibly be a co-located contaminant. with DNA tube. Sequences makes this close to Diplodia (Dothiorella sarmenticola) and Otthia spiraea.
