Public Note:
FN251 Clamped, negative SV. monomitic, 4-spored.length=8.5-10.2µm (µ=9.2, σ=0.5), width=3.8-4.5µm (µ=4.2, σ=0.2), Q=2.0-2.3µm (µ=2.2, σ=0.1), n=14, dried layer crumbles. Basidia with basal clamp. Cystidia metuloid, encrusted, with smooth non-rooted base, to 12um thick, no rhizomorphs. Spores cylindrical. All characters fit Hyphoderma puberum but sequence comes out in a big bunch of clones named Amphinema, Piloderma, Leptosporomyces. The latter two without cystidia. Renamed to Amphinema but probably a cryptic gen. nov. in athelioid clade.
