Public Note:
same fernnery as before. Cap not striate at margin.. Without lilac granules at cap centre. No reaction with NH4OH. Stipe smooth. C.f. cepistipes (that with margin striate). The pileipellis elements have a mixture of those typical for both cepistipes and for cretaceus (key in Vellinga FAN). The sequences places this in a group with cepistipes (not ex Vellinga) and not cretaceus (ex Vellinga). So, the separating characters do not seem robust or there are more taxa. On balance I'd say this is cepistipes and not cretaceus.
