FeSO4 Salmon, Guaiac nil. McNabb mentiones difference between this and R. vivida as presence of pilocystidia in latter. This has the trichoderm described by McNabb, chains of inflated cells. They are much more pronounced and easily observed in PL4310. It does not have the refractive pilocystidia of R. vivida, and the spore ornamentation is different - they are not the same. Spores length=7.4–8.7µm (µ=8.0, σ=0.42), width=5.3–6.8µm (µ=5.9, σ=0.36), Q=1.2–1.5µm (µ=1.36, σ=0.07), n=20, ornamentation to 0.6um
