Public Note:
Sequence near G. minutisporum from Argentina/Brazil. Mycelial layer tomentose, encrusting debris (not near attachment point). Spores, excluding ornamentation, length=2.6-3.1µm (µ=2.8, σ=0.1), n= 20, endoperdium minutely tomentose with short setae. Mycelial layer tomentose and encrusting debris but present only towards perimter. Some related species are lignicolous but there is no indication this specimen was on wood.
