tiny,sessile,gregarious,green discos,excip,of parallel rows of highly gelat cells,ends of excipular elements free,hair-like,cylindric,walls roughened;paraphyses dimorphic,some simple and about same length as asci,others lanceolate, up to 4um diam.,tapering to acute apex about 15-20um beyond asci.
