Public Note:
many fruitbodies present over a wide area. Not reddening. With thinner stem and more prominent ring than 10488. Cap fibrils seem slightly greenish in KOH. Gills drying cream. Spores and cheilocystidia metachromatic. Spores dextrinoid but not strongly, without germ pore. Cheilocystidia with crystals. No clamps. spores 6.3-8.4(7.3) SD0.6 n=9 x 4-4.7(4.4) SD0.3 n=9. Euro taxa with crystals are leuc purpuerorimosus, serenus, subvolvatus, littoralis, purpureolilacinus. This in section leucoagaricus/piloselli which doesn't include any of the former. Vellinga has white crystallifer, menieri with crystals. L. volvatus, sublitorallis, rubrotinctus, serenus & crystallifer group together on sequences.
