Specimen notes
Public Note:
Material sparse. Spores rough, amygdaliform, with circinate cap hairs which are sometime bifurcate, clamped, gill exuding oil droplets into melzers, 4-spored, cheilocystidia sparse - if possible to distinguish from basidioles. Keys to gilvidus along with a number of other collections I given this name to. Doesn't entirely agree with Egon's description of being yellow and spores with sparse warts (altho drawing doesn't indicate that). I think this group probably needs some further refining. Spores 7.9-9.3(8.2) SD0.4 n=11 x 4.8-5.9(5.2) SD0.3 n=11.
