Specimen notes
Public Note:
hyphae binding litter, stem hollow, smell raphanoid. Gills ascendent and drying distinctly tan/yellow (as is apex of stem), fresh material not showing this colouration. Spores amyloid 6-9x4-6um,thin-walled and collapsing, 4-spored, cap tissue only weakly dextrinoid, gill trama dextrinoid. Cap surface cells without ornamentation (or minute), no gelatinous tissue. Cheilocystidia to 80um long (mostly 50) x 10um, no pleurocystidia (not same as Mycena PDD87077). Stem with apical antler-like caulocystidia. Section fragilipides.Oz M. tallangattensis with metuloid cystidia, and trachycephala with yellow gills.
