Specimen notes
Public Note:
white/pale buff with white hyphae at base and cystidia on stem, no milk, no strong smell. Stem tissue dextrinoid, spores inamyloid, ellipsoid, 7.5 x 6um, caulocystidia with fine surface ornamentation, cap a cutis, thick-walled hyphae with no obvious ornamentation, 2-spored with thick sterigmata, occasional antler-cheilocystidia (or just collapsed hyphae?). Gills emarginate. Close to H. rickenii? May have been on P. radiata. A candidate for M. primulina. Type of M. primulina does not have distinctive cheilos or caulocystidia so is not that.
