Height: 7cm, pileus: diam. 7 cm hemispheric with margin rolled under, later convex umbonate with margin spread out. Smooth dull pinkish brown, radially fibrillose (network). Flesh thick, white, continuous with stipe; stipe: 1.2 cm, about equal or slightly wider at the base. With superior fugacious white cobwebby ring. Surface white fibrillose above ring, pinkish to brownish fibrillose striate below. Some surface white tomentum at the base. Flesh solid, fibrous, white; gills: adnexed, white, shallow, long and short, fairly crowded
