PDD 58558, PDD 81720, PRJ D728 are the same species based on matching ITS sequences; they are in the Phialophora dimorphospora clade sensu Tanney et al. 2016 but match no other species within that clade. They have large spores (ca. 9.5-12 x 3-3.5 um) that are radially symmetrical [PRJ, May 2016]
