Public Note:
stem with dark fibrils (not silky like one of previous collections). Gill edge dark brown. Pleurocystidia thick-walled and forked 80 x 25. Cheilocystidia simple with brown plasmatic content 40 x 17um. Cap hyphae swollen-cylindrical, oliferous hyphae abundant, clamps present (at bases of cystidia). Spores broadly ellipsoid 7 x 5um. Dry gills snuff brown. P. similis.
