Non stipitate. asci to 190um long x 6.5um wide, spores 90um long. Graddon TBMS 48, 641 gves guernisaci. Apothecia 1mm diam and dark olivaceous below, cream greenish on disc. Tips of paraphyses thick-walled and swollen to 6.5um, not forking? Beaton TBMS69, 323 would give melanochlora but that all dark green and all spp therein stipitate. Central dot in ascus tip staining faintly blue in Melzer's. Sanchez would give decolorans or filiformis f. fiscella. Closer to the latter. Sanchez & Korf leads to subgenus apostemium Reported to MAF 2/07/2010
