Public Note:
opened to 4cm. Peristome fibrillose, weakly delineated. Endoperidial body looks sessile but dried with stalk, to 15mm diam., not hygroscopic, felted on inner surface, striate and cracking. A stalked version of fimbriatum sensu me. Mycelial layer encrusting debris. Capilitium yellow, smooth, no tortuose elements. Spore ornamentation coarse, 4.8-5.5(5.3) SD 0.2 n=10. not dark brown like my collection of australe. Pegler to coronatum, Cunningham to limbatum.
