Specimen notes
Public Note:
Conidia 170um x 20um, very dark brown, 13 septate with hooked apex. No sign of hyphopodia (on wood!). Schizolytic secesson. Conidiophores short, 20um, clustered. Conidia could be pseudoseptate. Stanjhueghsia hamatiella a possibility - although suspect this synonymous with J. curviapices with slightly larger conidia. In which this collection just continuation of series. Not Ceratophorum - this on leaves. Same morphology as J. curviapices but very much larger. This is not Ceratophorum/Clasterosporium (e.g. epiphyllum, helicosporium, uncinatum) as these folicolous and with hyphopodia. Clusters of conidiophores are different as well. Sp. nov.? See JAC9760 as Ellisembia.
