Public Note:
gills tan and intervenose. Mainly 2 but with some 3-spored. spored. unclamped. stipe with occasional small pegs. Cap with pegs. Cheilo generally clavate with fingers, and a few more randomly shaped - generally 40 x 10. Basidia 30-40x7-10. spores length=8.1–10.3µm (µ=9.0, σ=0.60), width=6.0–7.0µm (µ=6.5, σ=0.29), Q=1.3–1.5µm (µ=1.39, σ=0.07), n=16. M. subgalericulata Au is often confused acc Grgurinovich. This has spores and cheilo too small and very different for that. This would be closer to yuulongicola but that clamped and with smooth cap hyphae. This does fit the Robbich concept of M. galericulata.
