Public Note:
Typical excipulum of short-cylindric to angular cells at high angle to surface of receptacle, end cells of the elements sometimes longer; ascospores about 25-35 x 5-6 µm, oblong-elliptic, gently curved, sometimes forming ascoconidia and then with what appear to be very fine septa. Spores a bit small for macrospora, asconidia not seen on any of the sequenced specimens.
