Ascospores 14-17.5 x 6-7.5, ovoid, narrow rounded ends, symm; excip cells more or less square, walls thick, outer layer of thin-walled, not encrusted hyphae with end cell somewhat swollen fusiod; para undiff; stipitate, pale yellow when dry. A few Lanzia ovispora apothecia in the collection
