48-52 mm across. Pale felty grey-brown cap with slight appressed scales.Lilac near margin, overlaid with buff hairs. Also radial streaks of lilac Flesh: Cream with lilac flecks and lilac in cap apex Lamellae: Rich lilac Cortina colour: Rusty ochre Stipe: 60-65 x 8-12 mm, clavate, finely streaked with dark lilac over lilac buff. Odour & taste: Nil KOH Nil
