Specimen notes
Public Note:
Cap 12-34 mm. Surface smooth, dry. Conical when young, expanding to plane with a round-conic umbo. Margin lobed, wavy, translucent striate.
Gills whitish to very pale beige pink, margins even; fairly close.
Stipe 50-65 x 3-5. Whitish to pale tan with silvery twisting vertical fibrils.
Odor, taste, KOH, UV all nil.
