15-25 mm tall, 1-1.5 mm
Yellow-olive to brown, with darker gray small nippled umbo.
Gills dingy dull yellowish-grayish with paler edges.
Stipe dull palid yellow near apex, dingy tan yellowish to browner downwards, smooth and lustrous, and with very fine but conspicuously pale scurfiness at least apex.
Emerging from wood singly or in clusters.
