37-49 mm across. Cap dry, grey, with buff center of disk. Patterned with radial mottled dark flecks and bruising darker grey blue when handled Flesh: Cool cream with dark grey blue tones under lammelae and striations in stipe context. Bulb base light creamy white Lamellae: Dusky grey-blue OAC296 with tan overlay toward maturity Stipe: 42-50 x 7-9 mm, bulbous with 16-20 mm base, dry, streaky blue-greay and silvery cream, darker blue-grey when scratched. Odour & taste: Mild
