Small colln in poor condition. Small disc with pale brown hairs, urceolate when dry with broad stipe; hairs ca 70-90 x 3; excip cells short cyl to more or less square, about 6-8 um diam.; asci ca 35-40 x 5; para lanceolate, extend 20-25 um beyond asci, 4 um wide, taper to small rounded apex; spores obl-ellip, 8.5-9.5 x 1.5 um, taper slightlky to rounded ends, ?flat one side. Some kind of mixup with this specimen - the specimen in the packet (looks like a Leotiomycete but with very poorly developed receptacle, sessile) does not match the notes in PRJ annotation slip from Feb 2021- also, the notes in the packet do not match the DNA sequence supposedly from this specimen
