macro-morphology Cudoniella-like, specimen of a common wood-inhabiting fungus that phylogentically belongs in the Lachnaceae, but with very poorly developed hair-like elements
Public Note:
hyphae in subhymenium encrusted with pale yellwo-brown materil. Asci 55-70 x 5-5.5, cyl, sl. thickened at apex with J+ pore extending all way through wall, flaring slightly towards outside, taper gradually to small rounded to subtruncate apex. Paraphyses 1.5-2, taper slightly to rounded apex, extend 5 µm beyond asci.
