Public Note:
ITS cf 'Brahma', PDD 112225. Fruiting bodies appear to have several heads, but not so obvious or well-defined as the NZ species. Ascospores 5.5-9 x 1.5-2 (avge 7.3 x 1.7) um, oblong elliptic, ends rounded, straight, more or less radially symmetrical, 0-septate, hyaline. Asci cylindric, rounded apex, wall thickened, J+, pore all way through the wall, flaring slightly towards outside, with croziers. Paraphyses 1.5-2.5 um, undifferentiated to apex, about same length as asci.
