Public Note:
The surace stains red in KOH suggesting hymenochaetaceae but I can find not setae anywhere in the tissue. The cap is rather pale/orange for tabacinus. The spores are 6 x 4um and pores 4 per mm. The characters do not fit C. tabacinus (pores 8 per mm and spores 3 x 2um).
