Public Note:
[DW] Single, with exotic beech (Fagus sylvatica) planted in 1934. No aroma when dry. When wet / damp a upleasent fish like aroma No taste from the gills Taste from stem is not pleasant, but also not hot / acrid nor overtly bitter. Noted purple like 'spots' at the base of the stem. These turned purple-brown-orange with age. Stem solid except for one air gap Gill edge sulcate.
