Public Note:
[WMD] Cap brown, darker in centre, smooth with a striate margin. Gills attached and cream. Stipe darker at base. Fruit body size up to about 25mm in diameter and 40mm in height. On soil in remnant kaihikatea-totara forest. [JAC] PP with occasional short thin cylindrical cystidia. Cheilo and pleuro prsent as cylindrical, and occasionally wit slwollen apex. Hyphae clamped. Spores inamyloid, without ornamentation. This is M. sp. 'Howick' again
