Public Note:
[NS ]Russula (medium purple). Scattered in moss, from soil, under beech . Cap 20-47 mm across, dry, granular, gills fragile, creamy-ochre. Stipe 19-44 mm long, 3-10.5 mm thick, flesh very thin, cream, stipe with multiple hollow pockets, taste acrid, with lingering bitter taste. UV light mix of purple, greenish and blues on cap, gills ochre-orange.
