[NS] Scattered in duff, from soil, under beech . Cap 24-47 mm across, moist to dry, olive to dingy olive with orangish tones on margin in age, stipe 49-73 mm long, 5-7.5 mm thick at apex, narrowly clavate, slightly viscid below cortina, flesh yellow-olive in cap, bright to dingy yellow in stipe, stipe stuffed to hollow, No taste. KOH orange on cap, orange-brown on gills stipe and flesh.
