[NS ]"rotten wood" . Collection was brought in to the FUNNZ foray collected by Kent Wes Jacobsen, a few specimens from second collection, (from "Rotorua") was also used in the photograph. Cap 11-18 mm across, margin crimped to or attached to stipe, not opening, finely granular-scaly, Gills well formed, and regular, stipe 14-38 mm long, 2-3.5 mm thick, tough, with a hollow core, odor indistinct, taste mild.
