[NS] Scattered from duff under beech. Cap 42-57 mm across, top layer over margin wearing off to expose groves, stipe 51-65 mm long, 8-14 mm thick, discoloring slightly when handled, stipe many-chambered, becoming hollow in age, no odor, taste VERY acrid.
