[NS] Scattered and in loose cluster under beech Cap 61-70 mm across, with flocculent patches and flakes of grayish UV tissue to glabrous, margins not, to just faintly sulcate, stipe 84-95 mm long, 13-15 mm thick, base tapered to bulb, partial veil hanging skirt-like, distinctly creamy on upper (outer) surface, white on lower. flesh white, stipe solid, white, with reddish brown staining at base, taste mild. no odor.
