Public Note:
[NS] Scattered in duff under beech Cap 22-40 mm across, simple to few overlapping pilei, disc bumpy-scrobiculate on some, outer zone with some bluish gray tones, otherwise shades of brown. Stipe 20-35 mm long, 5-fused to 18 mm thick, basal mycelium bright yellow, flesh zonate brown in cap, dark brown in stipe, odor coal tar with slight farinaceous tone, taste indistinct.
