[NS] Scattered in moss, and on well decayed wood, under beech . Cap 31-70 (plus) mm across, dry, scaly, stipe 70-77 mm long, 7-13 mm thick at apex, distinctly violet tones at apex when young, no odor, taste mild, flesh tan, with violet apex.
