[NS] Solitary from moss and duff under beech .Cap 127 mm across, dry, soft, covered with appressed fibrils, stipe 91 mm long, 17 mm thick at apex, 30 mm thick at base, covered with appressed fibrils below veil, flesh off-white, no staining, taste like button mushroom, no odor. KOH black on cap. Olive on stipe, no flesh rxn.
