Public Note:
[NS]Scattered, on open edges, from soil, under beech. Cap 35-73 mm across, dry, finely areolate, stipe 40-69 mm long, 8-11 mm thick, pores staining dingy bluish black, then reddish, then dingy gray-black. Flesh grayish tan, staining reddish tan, then dingy, no odor, taste mild. Light weight and soft overall.
