Public Note:
[NS] Scattered in moss and lichens, under tea tree and beech. Cap 22-64 mm across, moist to greasy, stipe 62-70 mm long, 7-15 mm thick, tapering at base, covered with fine black squamulose, some pinkish staining at base, flesh off-white to watery grayish white, pinkish staining in stipe base, odor and taste slightly disagreeable, and farinaceous.
