Public Note:
[NS] Scattered in beech duff. Cap 78 mm across when expanded, buttons 27-35 mm across, gray floccose covering, very fragile. Stipe 91-130 mm long, 5-6 mm thick at apex, 9-11 mm thick at base, covered with white floccose scales. Odor and taste indistinct.
