Public Note:
[GS] Growing on the ground where a willow log had previously been lying in a grazed paddock. Caps to 55 mm across, pale yellow-ochre, slimy. Gills tan, narrowly attached to stem. Stems scaly except at the very top. idn't realise P. subflammans got that large, and the caps look quite different I thought (pale colour and no scales). [JAC] seems to be P. subflammans rather than P. gummosa ... but sequence says P. gummosa
