Public Note:
[GS] Growing beneath beech trees in mixed native forest. About 60 mm tall. [JAC] same as 15437? Close but not the same. 4-spored, clamped. Stipe base not white and rhizoids not visible although probably not collected or noticed. Spores Length: µ=7.4 µm, σ=0.28; Width: µ=3.5 µm, σ=0.34; Q: µ=2.10, σ=0.20; V: µ=48.4 µm^3, σ=10.05: n=8. This would seem to be a reasonable candidate for R. perfluopunicea. The spores are shorter, and slightly different Q to ambigua.
