Public Note:
[NS] Lyophyllum (or Tricholoma?)clustered and scattered from soil under tea tree, with beech in area. Cap 61-80+ mm acorss, olive with darker streaks, smooth, moist to dry. Stipe 126-135 mm long, 9-11 mm thick, hollow, odor rancid, taste indistinct. [JAC] looks like T. beevera/elegans. Poor sequence says beevera
