No gill/folds at all. Funga Nordica separate rimbachia from muscinupta on Hymenial cystidia subulate; sp 4-5 * 2.5-3 in Muscinupta versus Hymenial cystidia absent; sp > 5.5 pm long, > 4 pm broad in Rimbachia, but perhaps presence/absence of folds/gills is easier. In this material I can find no cystidia, the spores are 3.8 x 2.6 and the hyphae unclamped, unlike 15359. The FN key does not work for this material. btter to go with Rimbachia large spores, hyphae clamped, usually with gills/folds. Muscinupta smaller spores, no clamps, no gills/folds.
