Public Note:
[GS] Growing on rotting wood on the ground in broadleaf-podocarp forest. Caps to 25 mm across.ossibly M. 'Ahuriri Reserve'. [JAC] The cheilos are cylindrical to ampuliform with a narrowed irregular extension. This is Mycena sp. 'barracouta' which can look exactly like M. sp. 'ahurriri' in the field and only separated on micro details. The cheilos on 'ahurriri' have numerous digitate extensions.
