Small, stipitate, concolorous white, glabrous disc, perhaps staining reddish with damage; ascis disnctive in being small, most less than 50 um long; also distinctive short, irregular, finger-like projections on outermost cells of the receptacle; inner excipular cells broad and short cylindric, thin walled.

ITS a 100% match to ICMP 14950/PDD 76605. PDD 108744 is 98.5% match, this specimen differs slightly morphologically in having yellow rather than white apothecia, both share the short, finger-like projections from the outermost excipular cells
